I'm looking to use customer and operational data to improve decisions, service experiences, and processes through dashboards, actionable insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

At QuintoAndar, I develop dashboards, reports, and analytical studies that help operational coordinations and senior management make data-driven decisions across critical customer channels. I maintain around 20 active dashboards, reconcile multiple data sources, and track service volume, productivity, handling time, resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Previously at QuintoCred, I analyzed customer experience metrics, improved service processes, and optimized Blip chatbot flows. I also became a Salesforce reporting reference during a platform transition, supporting leaders and experts in building their first reports and dashboards.
