I seek an entry-level sales or marketing role where I can apply bilingual communication, customer engagement, and upselling skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am a Texas State University Marketing student concentrating in Sales, with hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer service and sales support in fast-paced environments.

At The Wash Tub I led quality control for 20+ detailed vehicles daily, developed upselling and customer engagement skills, and proposed bundling promotions that increased average ticket value by roughly $35 per customer.

Previously as a concrete finisher I built teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving abilities; I am bilingual in Spanish and English and proficient with Microsoft Office, social media marketing, and basic graphic design—ready to contribute to a sales or marketing role.
