I am a motivated and results-driven Marketing graduate with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and social media management. My experience as a Team Lead and Assistant Manager at HOTWORX has honed my ability to lead sales initiatives, manage projects, and engage clients effectively. I consistently achieve top member sales, exceeding targets and driving membership growth through strategic marketing efforts.

In my role, I train and mentor staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
