I am a seasoned PMO and portfolio management leader with over 20 years delivering large-scale projects, programs and transformation initiatives across Defense, Healthcare, Automotive and Telecom sectors.

As Head of PMO at ETNIC I oversee governance and execution of a €115M annual portfolio and led the implementation of Sciforma PPM to replace Excel-based planning, enabling 90% capacity planning coverage for 2024.

I have directed global PMO teams, standardized methodologies (Prince2 hybrid, MSP) and implemented Sciforma integrations and API solutions as technical lead, improving data consistency, reducing incident resolution times and optimizing resource allocation.
