I’m looking for a role where I can own Tier 2 IT support and service desk outcomes—supporting users, improving reliability, and contributing to infrastructure and rollout projects with a team that values clear communication.

I’m an IT Support Specialist focused on delivering “top-tier support” with a strong service mindset. I provide technical and customer support through a service desk workflow while supporting end users and business operations.

From 12/2022 to 08/2025, I supported 1900+ users and handled Service Desk Analyst work, including “Tier 2 IT” support. I also supported major initiatives like Windows rollouts (3,500+ machines) and infrastructure support, keeping services moving during change.
