At Empire Electronics, I built a predictive incident risk-scoring system that flags production lines likely to generate customer incidents; it was approved and is running in a live quality process. I also built a RAG-based diagnostic agent for the Hall Sensor area, grounding answers in specifications, incident history, expert knowledge, and live machine data.
I led the migration of KPI reporting to Power BI, automating 100% of the main dashboards and cutting analysis time by more than 60% versus manual SQL and Excel processes. I also built drill-down analytics and a weekly quality KPI rating system for supervisors.
I’m leading the setup of Empire Electronics’ AI department, and I automated the daily scrap report from SQL extraction through Outlook distribution. Through Nexus, my freelance digital-solutions practice, I built ERP and SaaS modules, websites, and local SEO for clients in Honduras and the U.S.; several systems are in production.
