What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can continue interpreting and enforcing building codes through strong plan review and inspections—while collaborating with a motivated team, supporting customers, and advancing into commercial plans and building official responsibilities.

I’m a Plans Examiner bringing a positive, motivated attitude and strong organizational skills to educate, interpret, and enforce the Building Code. Since April 2023, I’ve continued building-inspection responsibilities as a Plans Examiner I for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and I was promoted after previously serving as a Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer.

I’ve earned multiple active certifications, including Commercial Building Certification (March 2024), CACEO Code Enforcement certification, California Residential Code certification, and CalGreen Plans Examiner/Inspector certification. I support code enforcement investigations, schedule and assign inspections, and perform plan checks for projects like Solar PV, Patio Covers, Room Additions, Tenant Improvements, and more—while staying effective both independently and as part of a productive team.
