I'm eager to secure a responsible career opportunity where I can use my training and skills while making a significant contribution to the success of the company.

At City of Reedley’s Community Development Department, I moved from Staff Assistant to Building Permit Technician after four months. I review permit applications for completeness and coordinate and route plans and permits.

I also developed and implemented a system to categorize and prioritize incoming emails so critical messages were addressed promptly. My work includes preparing reports and handling permit-related transactions, billing inquiries, and invoicing.

Previously, at GroppettiAutomotive’s Client Care Center, I coordinated service appointments and coached new hires. I also provided coverage for the Manager, including generating reports and performing bi-weekly payroll.
