At the City of Littleton, I review residential and commercial construction plans and conduct inspections across structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, solar, and other building scopes.

I moved into the Plans Examiner role when the need arose, supporting code compliance, local amendments, permitting, emergency dispatch inspections, and inspection scheduling.

Previously, I inspected projects across multiple jurisdictions with Charles Abbott and Associates, including Wheat Ridge, Louisville, Bennett, and Keeneseburg. I handled field inspections, plan reviews, permit-counter support, violation notices, stop-work orders, and homeowner and contractor inquiries.

I began building my inspection experience at Mueller Reports, where I scheduled and completed residential and commercial property inspections, documented conditions and defects, sketched floor plans, and delivered time-sensitive reports. I’m committed to a long-term construction and development career while continuing to refine my knowledge and skills.
