What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a workplace I can enjoy and take pride in, with a new environment where I can adapt to challenges.

At AIB's Airside call centre, I support customers with banking needs across Internet banking and card queries. I also identify potentially fraudulent transactions and report them to the relevant sectors.

I keep customers updated by email and handle sensitive information while maintaining accounts daily.
