I’m looking for a System Administrator/IT Systems Engineer role focused on modern workplace and secure endpoint administration, where I can deliver Tier 2/3 support, improve services via documentation, and own Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.

I’m a hands-on System Administrator supporting Windows-based client environments across multiple organizations, typically managing 100–500 users and ~5–15 servers per client. I administer Windows Server services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange, and I run cloud and endpoint administration through Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

Previously, I led helpdesk support for large-scale operations covering ~15,000 users across Europe and North America, coordinating escalations and service delivery across a team of ~35. I focus on Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, SLA-based prioritization, and improving quality through documentation/knowledge bases, plus security improvements like migrating from ESET to Microsoft Sentinel and from Itarian to Action1.
