I bring 6+ years of progressive retail and operations experience, pairing hands-on leadership with analytical thinking to deliver measurable results. I’m known for consistently training, coaching, and developing team members—including incoming leaders—while keeping day-to-day execution on track.

In my current role at Target as GM Expert, I coach and mentor new hires and take on leadership responsibilities beyond my formal title. I trained and prepared an incoming Fulfillment Leader, then coordinated high-volume online order fulfillment while meeting speed and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.

I’ve also led core operational fundamentals across roles including Morning Stocker, Receiver, and Supervisor at Menards and Meijer and JCPenney. I unload shipments and manage staging and inventory flow, and I execute merchandising plans, planograms, and seasonal resets to drive sales while keeping facilities guest-ready and minimizing downtime.

Alongside operations, I focus on turning raw data into actionable insights using Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. My projects include comparing BI tools, building e-commerce sales analytics dashboards, and analyzing talent acquisition strategy and consumer journeys, supported by my B.S. in Accounting and finance/data analytics certifications.
