What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, and manage records while delivering excellent customer service and supporting team performance, ideally alongside social media content and communication work.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, operations management, social media management, customer service, and team leadership. I oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage records and documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep work flowing smoothly in fast-paced environments.

I’ve also built and managed Instagram and TikTok accounts for fashion brands, creating engaging content with Canva and growing both accounts organically from 0 to over 250 followers. Alongside my restaurant management experience, I’ve worked as an instructor coordinating learning schedules and preparing educational materials, strengthening my organizational and multitasking approach.
