I’m researching and interpreting the Saanich zoning bylaw and BC Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing provisions for a four-unit rental housing project. I review land survey details against setback and height rules, assemble permit documentation requirements, and correspond with a building designer and land surveyors.
I also manage a self-directed equity portfolio under written position-limit and valuation rules, prepare tax records, and built AI-assisted workflows for budgeting, financial tracking, and research.
