At Codona Flooring, I handled invoicing, bill payments, point-of-sale transactions, and bank deposits as part of daily store operations. I also prepared financial records for the external accountant using QuickBooks and Excel.

I built custom spreadsheets and tracking systems that reduced manual follow-up. I coordinated supplier relationships, product orders, deliveries, and inventory, and scheduled installations between customers and a crew of installers.

I owned and operated Simply Food, a private-chef and catering business, managing bookings, budgets, supplier orders, and event schedules. I also handled invoicing, expense tracking, and client follow-up.

Earlier, as a Yacht Chef on Private Yachts, I managed provisioning, purchasing, inventory, and monthly expense records. I’m seeking part-time remote operations, administrative, or bookkeeping-support work with flexible hours.
