What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design accessible, research-based digital learning that turns complex concepts into engaging experiences and improves learner outcomes at scale.

At MIND Education, I designed digital professional learning for thousands of educators implementing mathematics instruction and the ST Math learning platform. I built online courses, guided learning pathways, assessments, leader guides, performance-support materials, and multimedia learning experiences aligned to measurable outcomes.

Over 15+ years in learning design and education, I’ve translated complex research and educational concepts into accessible, learner-centered instruction using ADDIE, SAM, backward design, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and cognitive load theory.

I’ve also designed K–12 curriculum, co-founded Teacher Tech Con, supported faculty technology adoption, and used AI-powered tools, learner data, accessibility standards, and iterative feedback to improve learning experiences.
