What I'm looking for
I am an instructional designer and former K–8 educator with eight years collaborating with teachers and support teams to create objectives-aligned instruction across online, blended, flipped, and asynchronous formats. My work emphasizes cognitive-load-aware, engagement-focused learning grounded in learning theory.
My experience includes authoring district- and organization-wide curriculum and learning resources, designing micro-learning libraries, LMS course development and maintenance, and producing multimedia lessons, tutorials, assessments, job aids, and operating guides. I have served as lead trainer and data custodian for academic technologies and evaluated training effectiveness using LMS analytics and survey data.
I hold an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and an M.A.Ed., and I am driven to design measurable, learner-centered solutions that support educator adoption and improve student outcomes.
