I’m a Highly organized Logistics and Insurance Operations Specialist with over a year of experience managing end-to-end fleet coordination and claims processing for a Texas-based roadside assistance provider. I focus on real-time telematics tracking, route optimization, and mitigating financial leakage through accurate damage claim evaluation and vendor payment management.

In my current role as a Remote Fleet Coordinator & Claims Specialist, I remotely monitor vehicle locations and telematics data, proactively update ETAs, and optimize driver routing to meet strict SLAs. I investigate, assess, and process vehicle and property damage claims, act as an Underwriter Liaison for tier-1 insurance and roadside-assistance providers, and manage revenue protection by resolving “GOA” scenarios while administering vendor payments, invoices/receipts, and refunds.
