Darya Cheplakova

I’m a senior clinical lab professional and phlebotomist with hands-on experience supporting both patient-facing care and back-end sample workflows. I bring a detail-focused approach to documentation, confidentiality, and quality control—always grounded in HIPAA-aware practices.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as a Senior Sample Management Technician/Training Coordinator, where I manage lab research operations while also coordinating training. I’ve built strong routines for filing, data collection, and laboratory information management systems to keep results accurate and processes consistent.

In parallel, I’ve continued to strengthen my technical capabilities through research and lab support work, including earlier experience as a Lab Research Assistant. I’m comfortable working with clinical laboratory environments, biomedical and hazardous waste procedures, and productivity tools that support reporting and operational efficiency.

Beyond the lab, I’ve supported customer service and sales roles and hold a Biology Master’s degree, which shapes how I communicate, teach, and troubleshoot. With my Teaching Certificate, leadership, tutoring, and presentation experience, I aim to train teams, improve throughput, and help organizations achieve reliable, data-informed outcomes.
