I’m a Dedicated phlebotomy technician with expertise in venipuncture and infection control, committed to ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures while adhering to quality control standards. With 5 years of experience, I focus on accurate specimen collection, proper labeling, and clear communication that helps patients feel at ease.

I quickly build rapport with patients—from newborn to geriatric—using excellent bedside manner to ease anxiety and optimize cooperation. I also maintain highest standards of safety and quality control by following established safety protocols, infection control measures, and needle disposal safety practices.

In my current role as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, I collect blood samples, ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens for laboratory processing, and collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize workflow efficiency. I’ve also mentored junior technicians and trained new staff in phlebotomy techniques and patient interaction skills.

Before this, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician, supporting medication workflow through stocking, labeling, inventory management, and assisting with medication dispensing and packaging. I also gained broader clinical experience as a Medical Technologist by analyzing test results, supporting patient intake, and assisting providers to keep care and procedures running smoothly.
