What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate reliable production platforms, with ownership of Kubernetes, observability, incident response, automation, and large-scale infrastructure migrations.

At Expedia, I operate multi-region Kubernetes production systems, lead on-call response, and tune observability across OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager. I traced and resolved a cross-region Istio routing issue affecting approximately 2% of production traffic, and led an Istio migration across 300+ clusters and 5,000+ applications.

Previously at Brightmoney, I was the sole DevOps/platform engineer maintaining Linux-based AWS infrastructure and automating deployments for 25+ services. I built Jenkins pipelines, Terraform environments, monitoring dashboards, Airflow workloads, and log-based metrics while delivering 28% cloud-cost savings through retention policies.
