I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my logistics expertise while fostering a collaborative team environment.

I am an experienced Operations Specialist II at Nike Inc., where I lead a team in the North America Logistics Campus. My role involves overseeing the Delivery Point Validation area and managing over 100 workers, ensuring efficient sorting and shipping of products globally. I take pride in maintaining a safe working environment and have successfully trained personnel on advanced sorting machines that handle over 10,000 units daily.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. As a GEMBA Champion, I work closely with senior management to enhance cross-department communication and training. My achievements include creating a comprehensive playbook for the Digital Packing Value Added Service area and receiving recognition as Employee of the Month for my contributions to inventory management.

With a Master’s degree in Sport and Leisure Management from The University of Memphis, I have also developed skills in revenue generation and collaboration within sports organizations.
