I’m looking for an operations role where I can build structured reporting and request systems, strengthen logistics and scheduling, and support leadership decisions with clear documentation, accurate financial tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

I’m a detail-oriented operations and program professional with extensive experience supporting complex, multi-department environments through financial tracking, logistics coordination, scheduling, and asset oversight. I build structured systems for reporting, request intake, and operational planning within approval-based leadership frameworks, so decisions are grounded in clear documentation and accurate analysis.

In my current role as a Warehouse Operations Manager, I coordinate daily warehouse operations across North Texas programs by maintaining vehicle and equipment maintenance records, improving request turnaround time with standardized intake templates, and creating a master operations calendar to increase cross-department visibility. Previously, I led a 10-week summer camp program as Program Director and served as Program Supervisor for 250–500+ person groups, where I streamlined financial reporting, strengthened transparency through structured tracking tools, and supported purchasing and supply coordination aligned to budgets and timelines.
