What I'm looking for
I currently serve as a Community Service Officer in Guyana, resolving nationwide citizen inquiries by managing a helpdesk chatbot system and liaising between constituents and government entities—including NDCs and Municipalities—to bridge communication gaps and expedite service requests across administrative regions.
I bring a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information tied to critical government projects and digital systems. I also build practical tools—developing comprehensive Excel databases and maintaining departmental webpages—to help teams and citizens access accurate, current information.
Before that, I strengthened my research, interviewing, and writing skills as a Reporter at Kaieteur News, monitoring local current affairs and producing at least two articles per day. I also have public engagement experience as a Fundraiser with Greenpeace UK, informing supporters on environmental campaigns and building long-term donor relationships through outreach and events.
Alongside my professional work, I’ve supported education and community leadership as a Peer Leader/Social Media Manager and deepened my advocacy through roles with Amnesty International USA. I’m energized by work that combines clear communication, ethical handling of information, and measurable service impact.
