What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support Web3 and crypto users through launches, onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and clear community communication while turning recurring feedback into better product and UX experiences.

I've supported global Web3 communities across Discord, Telegram, email, and live chat for more than four years, handling wallet access, transactions, token approvals, testnets, and launchpad questions.

At Supernova.xyz, I resolved 30 to 50 tickets weekly and absorbed roughly three times that volume during launch surges, while escalating recurring issues to Product and UX teams.

I've supported communities from 38K to 230K+ members at projects including Xai Games, SuperVerse, Bounce Finance, Bitune, Blackhole.xyz, and FlamaTech. At Thorstarter, I independently ran a 38K+ member community through 10+ token launches.
