Dario Tershana

I am currently a second-year university student studying administration and social politics. My educational background includes graduating from Asim Vokshi High School, where I excelled in foreign languages, particularly English, German, and Italian. I have a strong command of English at a C1 level, which I further developed through private courses. My passion for learning languages has equipped me with valuable communication skills that I apply in various professional settings.

In my work experience, I served as a First Line Agent at Teleperformanca, where I handled customer support calls for eBay. This role taught me the importance of effective communication and empathy in resolving customer issues. Additionally, I worked as an assistant for English and IT private courses at Lincoln Center, which enhanced my confidence and fluency in English, as well as my proficiency in using office software like Word and Excel. These experiences have instilled in me a strong work ethic and the belief that hard work leads to success.
