What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to international IT service, cloud transformation, project coordination, and business intelligence work focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

At NTT DATA, I support the international eu-LISA project, helping coordinate and deliver IT and infrastructure services across multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.

I build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-making, while preparing technical documentation, operational reports, and data analyses. I also work with ServiceNow and Jira on service management, incident-related activities, and project follow-up.

Previously at Correos, I contributed to digitalisation projects and SAP CRM maintenance, coordinating communication among technical teams, providers, and business areas. My work combines IT processes, project coordination, cloud services, and continuous improvement.

I'm focused on service quality, operational reliability, and practical data-driven improvements using Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, and AWS.
