At Mac Properties, I’m responsible for resident retention across Chicago’s 4,600 units and guide the VP of Operations on lease renewal policies, practices, goals, and objectives. I’ve consistently met or exceeded quarterly renewal goals, increasing resident retention year over year by 3% and directly increasing company revenue.
I review and manage an average of 120 lease renewals each month, from start to finish. My work also includes renewal paperwork, notices to vacate, and credit and criminal reports.
I began my career at Mac Properties in lease administration, then was promoted to Property Manager for 300 units and later to Operations Manager. I also supervise Resident Success Associates and assist the Operations Center with property management tasks.
