Danya Gresham

I am the Founder and Director of The Refuge, a social project dedicated to assisting teens aging out of the Foster Care system in Tijuana, Mexico. Since February 2014, I have overseen the hiring and training of staff, ensuring that our programs are effective and impactful. My role involves researching statistics to support our initiatives, counseling participants, and managing multiple platforms and devices to enhance our outreach.

Prior to my work at The Refuge, I served as the Director at the Real Estate School of NV in Las Vegas, where I oversaw instructors and staff, developed real estate licensing classes, and managed marketing efforts. My experience as a Broker, property manager, and Realtor at Wardley Real Estate further honed my skills in client relations and mentorship, allowing me to assist clients in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.

Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Psychology and Clinical Counseling at Colorado Christian University, with only eighteen credits remaining. This academic journey complements my professional experiences and fuels my passion for making a positive impact in my community.
