At CoffeeAM, I support retail and wholesale customers by placing and processing orders, answering email, phone, and Gorgias ticket inquiries, and helping with packaging and shipping.

I also design private labels in Photoshop, maintain label files and printers, compile daily invoices, and test coffee roast levels for quality. I spent three weeks in Denver supporting CoffeeAM’s transition from Georgia to Colorado.

Previously, as Order Entry Lead at Flash Furniture, I handled dealer calls, accurate order entry, freight quotes, payments, and order support while achieving 99.7% accuracy. I used Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook in the role.

My background also includes coaching customer-service teams, monitoring KPIs, updating SAP data, and managing restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, accounting, catering, and customer complaints.
