What I'm looking for

I'm looking to work remotely with founders and teams that need ideas turned into working MVPs quickly, or high-stakes builds de-risked through fast proofs of concept.

I founded CodingHeads and grew it from a solo freelance practice into a 17-person team delivering web and software products across Europe. I architect and build Laravel and Symfony backends, Vue and React frontends, and AI-driven automation while owning delivery end to end.

Recently, I built an AI automation system for a platform managing 600,000+ products, reducing 69 days of manual work to under 24 hours and automating 47% of decisions at 87% confidence. As a former CTO and long-time founder-engineer, I help founders move from a sketch to a working MVP in weeks and validate risky ideas quickly through focused PoCs.
