I’m a Customer care Executive who supports clients as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), ensuring high customer satisfaction. I handle inquiries on product features, pricing, licensing, and after-sales support, and I resolve complaints efficiently to improve retention and trust.

I maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems, and I process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time. I also provide basic technical guidance and escalate complex issues to the right support teams when needed.

In parallel, I work as a Data annotator specialist, accurately labeling and annotating large datasets (images, text, audio, or video) to support machine learning and AI model training. I follow detailed annotation guidelines to keep outputs consistent and high-quality.

I perform quality assurance (QA) checks on datasets, maintain structured documentation, and track workflow metrics for transparency. I collaborate with Team Captains and US-based stakeholders to deliver datasets within strict deadlines while meeting project standards.
