What I'm looking for

I am looking for a company that values technical expertise and encourages career growth. I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can lead software development, work with development teams, mentor others, and have the chance to speak at conferences. I am also eager to learn Rust and contribute to cutting-edge technologies.

I am a senior developer and software architect with 27 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have led teams, launched startups, spoken at technology conferences, written and reviewed tons of code, and contributed to open-source projects. I have a Master's degree in Electronics and Microelectronics from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and I am also a Mental Coach in Management certified by Erickson Coaching International.

My expertise lies in software development, with a focus on Python and Django. I have 9 years of experience working with Python and Django, as well as 5 years of experience with VueJs and NuxtJs. I have also worked extensively with SQL and No-SQL databases for 25 years. In addition to my technical skills, I have 7 years of experience in team leadership and have mentored and coached students and employees throughout my career.

I am currently looking for positions as a Senior Python Developer or Team Lead. My future goals include growing into a Principal Software Engineer role, leading software development, working with development teams, mentoring teams, speaking at conferences, and learning Rust.
