What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own sales compensation operations end-to-end—using Power BI, SQL, and Python plus governed AI—to improve accuracy, audit readiness, and automation while partnering closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal.

I’m a Sales Operations & Compensation Analyst who designs automation tools, data pipelines, and analytical solutions that make compensation operations more accurate, faster, and easier to audit. I combine incentive plan and quota governance with analytics and delivery discipline across Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal.

At Align Technology, I built SONA, a governed AI agent using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI to classify compensation requests and generate structured case notes inside Microsoft Teams. I also created a Quota Refinement Tool in Power BI with Power Apps and SharePoint writeback for real-time DAX recalculation, plus Python/SQL validation jobs that act as repeatable data-quality gates before each payout cycle.

Previously, at Medsys Centroamericana, I designed a CRM operating model to standardize pipeline tracking and segmentation, deployed a lead-capture chatbot, and improved service traceability with Synchroteam. Earlier, as a Support Engineer on Azure Cloud Services, I managed enterprise Azure subscription operations and mentored new hires—experience that strengthens my reliability, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
