I am a Law and Business graduate with practical experience across customer service, operations, and financial analysis. I combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical capability developed through academic projects and frontline roles.

In customer-facing roles I supervised shop operations, coordinated teams, and resolved client queries while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. I handled transactions, inventory, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.

As an investment analyst and student researcher, I built financial models, used Bloomberg Terminal and Stata, conducted regression and comparative valuation, and delivered data-driven recommendations. I also applied statistical techniques and predictive modeling to real datasets.
