What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate stakeholders, drive implementation, and use data collection, quality control, and reporting to improve outcomes—especially in farm or field programs.

I’m a project management professional currently leading “Project Management in Improved Goats Pilot Implementation” under the TIL Program at One Acre Fund. I support market research inputs, identify key implementation activities, produce the project timeline, and align execution with department leadership.

I’ve led practical on-the-ground readiness—hiring and onboarding the goat keeper and casuals, ensuring shed setup is completed on time, managing feed availability, sourcing animals and materials in collaboration with PRO, and monitoring animal health. I also build decision-ready operations data by developing a data collection tool for daily farm data and keeping the farm dashboard updated.

Previously, I strengthened customer-facing and data workflows as a Call Center Operator, receiving hotline questions, linking clients with producers, recording call data in team databases, and reporting via dedicated spreadsheets. Earlier field experience as a Green Field Technician and Agronomist included training farmer groups, using GPS for field size measurement, monitoring adoption and certification requirements, supervising production cycles, and tracking plant and soil nitrogen indicators for timely decisions.

Managed seven farmer groups comprising 85 farmers across five villages and three cells, training them on tea production good practices and monitoring adoption. Oversaw harvest aggregation, performed harvest data entry and quality control, and ensured certification compliance while measuring field sizes using GPS.
