At BB & Associates Law and Accounting Services, I design automated Google Sheets accounting systems using double-entry bookkeeping logic. I also support business clients with feasibility and break-even analyses, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
For my Global Superstore Sales & Profitability Analysis project, I built an analytics workflow using Excel, MySQL, R, and Power BI, then developed an interactive dashboard to examine sales, profit, customers, and discounting. The analysis identified loss-making product categories and showed how profit margins changed with discount levels.
I also built a Power BI dashboard for hospital emergency department operations and patient experience, analyzing visits, wait times, referrals, and satisfaction. I used R to compare department satisfaction and framed recommendations with the limits of the available data in mind.
