What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can manage accounts, support onboarding and platform adoption, resolve issues cross-functionally, and strengthen client or partner relationships.

I've managed client and partner relationships across SaaS, fintech, office leasing, and residential property operations.

At Taxfyle, I managed 85 tax professional accounts and two strategic partner accounts, serving as a primary contact for compliance needs, issue resolution, onboarding, and platform training. I maintained HubSpot records and coordinated tickets and workflows for Collective and Rocket Tax partners.

At RM Office Group, I manage eight active business tenant accounts, supporting leasing agreements, onboarding, move-ins, documentation, and client requests. Previously at Asset Living, I managed leasing operations and resident accounts for a 550-resident property while supporting marketing, partnerships, and resident events.

I'm a bilingual English and Spanish speaker with a BBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Marketing. I bring hands-on experience with HubSpot, Notion, Entrata, SAP GUI, and client-focused operational coordination.
