At RLDatix, I modernised a legacy healthcare product with a UI reskin and core component refactoring, and eliminated customer upgrade downtime with a Change Data Capture workflow in a legacy SQL Server upgrade script.

I investigated production issues across application and database layers using OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb, and Datadog. I also mentored senior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and a structured programme.

At SwipeGuide, I migrated a production JavaScript codebase to TypeScript and expanded unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to reach 90% coverage across core application areas.
