At Verint, I develop a real-time CSI adapter for Genesys Cloud Ring using Java 21 and Spring Boot, processing incoming data for WFM platform integration. I also maintain connected microservices, Kafka topics, Kubernetes workloads on OKD, Harness provisioning, KEDA autoscaling, and structured error handling.

At aNewSpring, I deliver end-to-end features across Spring Boot, Vue.js, MySQL, and AWS while helping shape solutions with developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders. I handle production issues, build automated tests with Nightwatch.js and Pactum, review code, and improve deployment and team processes.
