At RLDatix, I replaced Varnish with AWS ElastiCache for Redis and added targeted caching for invalid address and postcode lookups, reducing unnecessary third-party API traffic from approximately 100,000 requests a day to around 20.
I designed and delivered a patient data synchronization solution with a REST API, WPF desktop client, integration workflows, and data-mapping logic. The solution reduced synchronization cost and helped the team secure two new clients.
I’ve also improved the Report Generator API from 15 minutes to 0.5 seconds, optimized a scheduling algorithm from 60 minutes to 18 minutes, and implemented an application-wide Audit Trail System for critical patient data. My work spans .NET and React product development, integrations, testing, and production support.
