What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning back to a full-time career focused on application training, implementation support, client assistance, and technology adoption.

At Black Diamond Group, I developed user-focused training materials and procedures for employee technology and process training. I used SAP SuccessFactors Learning to administer courses, track completions, and coordinate training logistics.

At SYSCO Canada, I developed application documentation and delivered end-user training to support adoption of business applications. I worked with business analysts and business intelligence teams on workflows for SAM and SWIS, and handled technical training inquiries.

Through Sextant Software Solutions, I delivered client-facing application training and consulting, creating practical user training and reference materials tailored to client needs. I also participated in a Canadian trade mission in South Africa, presenting and demonstrating Juxxtacom ETL/data-integration technology.

I'm now transitioning back to a full-time career focus on application training, implementation support, client assistance, and technology adoption. My background also includes technical documentation, software troubleshooting, and learning program coordination.
