What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations end-to-end—improving workflow, managing inventory and documentation, and supporting exceptional customer/guest experiences. I want a bilingual, fast-moving environment that rewards continuous improvement and measurable results.

I’m a logistics professional with 7+ years of experience across operations, sales, and hospitality management in fast-paced environments across Mexico and the United States. I focus on leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering results that consistently outperform performance targets.

In warehouse and distribution settings, I’ve managed wholesale and retail operations, expanded customer portfolios through proactive outreach, and improved daily execution by overseeing inventory management and documentation. I also handled high volumes of inbound calls to ensure every client received prompt, personalized attention.

In hospitality, I’ve supervised concierge and housekeeping teams by coordinating guest flow during peak occupancy, supporting cross-department communication, and resolving complaints with a calm, solution-focused approach. I’ve improved readiness through process upgrades and trained new and seasonal team members to maintain consistent quality.

Right now, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and International Trade, strengthening my foundation in supply chain, client relations, and strategic planning.
