What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-volume retail operations where I can strengthen safety, compliance, team capability and customer experience while supporting operational growth, transformation and sustainable performance.

I've built a 20-year career at Coles, progressing from frontline retail into Store Support Manager roles leading high-volume supermarket operations of up to approximately $1M in weekly turnover.

At Moe, I partnered with a newly appointed Store Manager to turn around safety, compliance, hygiene and operational standards in an approximately $800K-per-week business. At Traralgon Village, I'm supporting major growth, including home delivery fulfilment, as weekly turnover grows from approximately $600K toward $1M.

I've led teams of approximately 80–130 people, managed Grocery and Dry Goods operations, and stepped into full store leadership through multiple Caretaker Store Manager appointments. I bring practical leadership across labour planning, stock flow, availability, safety, compliance, coaching and operational execution.
