Designed Manovar Connect, an enterprise ITSM platform, from the ground up, delivering v1.0 with core modules covering SLA management, workflow automation, and incident management. Led a component and style audit, consolidating fragmented UI patterns into a v1.0 design system.

Led design strategy across 5+ concurrent products, managing a team of 3 designers and overseeing task allocation, design reviews, and QA. Designed an enterprise-wide HRMS for Keystone Bank and redesigned Stanbic IBTC Bank's Quick Service Portal.

Restructured the platform architecture to a store model, improving how users browse and discover products and addressing key gaps in navigation and content hierarchy.

Designed Yoku Placement, consolidating a fragmented and manual recruitment process into a structured end-to-end flow, reducing internal recruitment time by 30%. Created NightOwl, a budget-based event recommendation product.
