Directed end-to-end product design for self-care and bill payment apps, owning discovery through wireframing, handoff, and QA. Built and maintained a cross-platform design system to reduce component duplication and align design decisions with business goals.

Led a team of brand and design specialists through a redesign of the company’s web and mobile trading platforms. Established a unified design system and drove brand strategy during product expansion to maintain consistent voice and visual identity.

Reimagined the brand experience across customer touchpoints to simplify the interface and improve accessibility for first-time retail investors. Developed user flows and interactive prototypes and collaborated with marketing, compliance, and engineering to meet regulatory standards.

Led product design for a mobile banking app overhaul, implementing a user-centred onboarding flow for account activation and improving retention. Designed the company’s Mutual Fund Portal and produced digital and print visual assets for investor communications.

Designed UX flows and UI for a civic-tech platform for first-time voters, prioritizing accessibility and simplicity for a youth demographic. Conducted usability testing and translated findings into design iterations to improve task completion across the voter journey.

Partnered with stakeholders to align product design with brand positioning and create a unified visual language to strengthen customer trust and engagement. Contributed UX design and visual assets across marketing campaigns to improve brand narrative consistency and audience reach.
