At Specright, I own hands-on architecture and delivery for the Core Platform, a Salesforce managed package serving manufacturers and their supplier networks. I architected a package-wide Bypass Framework and moved the package onto a transaction-cached settings data-access layer.
I also owned managed-package upgrade safety and delivered the How2Recycle auto-create automation engine, packaging-compliance integrations, and SpecGPT specification agents. As a hands-on player-coach, I set architecture direction for an 8-engineer team and partner with Product on feature scoping and architectural reviews.
At Chief.com, I designed and built a Lightning Web Component that replaced manual member-group workflows, and improved monthly offboarding batch accuracy from about 50% to over 95%. I also integrated Chargebee and built a GraphQL integration and React-based internal tooling.
Earlier, at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, I developed Lightning Web Components and Mulesoft integrations for client projects. My work across Salesforce development, release engineering, integrations, and quality engineering continues to shape how I build and review platform systems.
