At Hulo, I aligned the Iraq 2025 roadmap with the Lebanon model and supported implementation of the Colombia 2025 roadmap. I also worked with the Africa operations focal point on standardized processes across regions.

I initiated the Syria logistics response and secured multi-agency collaboration. In Lebanon, I created a task force with Syrian humanitarian communities to prepare for the Middle East conflict.

At ACTED, I managed country logistics for emergency and economic development projects, planned logistics budgets, and directed training for local implementing partners. Earlier, I coordinated procurement and supply chain resources in the mission after the Beirut blast for projects worth $8 million.
