I seek a leadership role in fleet or maintenance operations where I can improve uptime, reduce costs, and build high-performing, safety-focused teams.

I am a results-driven Fleet Manager with over 20 years of progressive automotive and fleet maintenance experience, including leadership in Amazon’s Last Mile program. I have overseen multi-shop operations, led and developed technician teams, and implemented process improvements that reduce downtime and control costs.

I excel at ensuring compliance with corporate and client standards, managing repair order and payroll systems (PeopleSoft, TMW, Amazon portals), and partnering with stakeholders to optimize parts flow and vendor performance.
