I’ve spent 8+ years leading shop operations, managing technicians, and delivering high-quality diesel and automotive repair services. Most recently, as the owner of T&A Fleet Management, I run a fleet maintenance and DOT compliance service—overseeing service schedules, compliance documentation/logs, and field diagnostics to keep commercial truck equipment road-ready and audit-compliant.

Previously, I drove day-to-day service performance as an auto service manager and took on full Service Manager responsibilities as a service advisor, managing workflow, intake, estimates, approvals, billing, and warranty documentation. I’m known for coordinating parts and third-party vendors, improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
